CUSTOMER: I need to speak to someone who can speak better English!!

CALL CENTER AGENT: For me Mr Customer, being a call center employee is not just about knowing how to speak a specific language. Its about being able to influence and inspire other people. If you have a heart to serve and a strong mind to show people, then you can be a call center agent
